Templeton Garden is a terrace of seven Victorian townhouses in Earl’s Court, west London, converted into a hotel in the 1970s. The project seeks to completely refurbish the 156-bedroom hotel as part of a new brand family, Miiro.

The brand is opening hotels in major cities across Europe, including Barcelona, Paris and Vienna.

Set within the Neverne Conservation Area within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Holland Harvey won consent for a new contemporary extension to the rear designed to emulate traditional Victorian conservatories.

The extension extends the existing basement and ground floor to provide additional space for guest amenities and back-of-house facilities and an external terrace that enjoys views of the expansive garden which will be landscaped by Mueewsen Muldoon. The interiors are being designed by Thurstan.

The project is currently on site and due to complete in Spring 2025.
